However, you must first send the original, unworn merchandise back to the provided shipping address (tracking must be included). We will treat this loss as our responsibility for our neglect and your unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Please note that we do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. Additionally, if you have a problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Department for personal assistance.
If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.
If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
